We list this first because it is of the utmost importance to us and our customers. You
will be notified of the cost before the repair
and never be hit with unexpected charges!

Second, but of no less importance, is the cost of your repair. Our method of doing business enables us to have among the low-
est diagnostic and labor rates in the area.
We charge by the half / hour rather than
by the hour in order to be more accurate.
Rate: $50 per 1/2 hour

Diagnostics
$50 This fee covers the diagnosis of the problem and also the first half / hour of labor! Once the problem is discovered, the customer is notified and can decide whether to proceed with the repair.

Unlike most computer repair centers, we do not require our customers to purchase parts from us. We keep a good supply of reason-
ably priced parts on hand but if the customer can save money by pur-
chasing elsewhere, that's great!

Last, but in no way least, is experience. The time that you are charged for your repair and how long it takes to get your system back (repaired properly) will greatly depend on this factor. At A Computer MD, Inc. your system will be repaired by a 25+ years experienced computer technician.

No doubt you have heard of adware,
spyware, malware or just the common
virus. These bugs cause your system
to run at a snail's pace or even crash
altogether. Because of the large amount
of time needed to remove these, we
have 2 very reasonable charges ----->

Cleanable - $100   If there is no operating system
damage and the system can be
repaired in a reasonable time
(approximately 3 hours) Recover Data & Reload - $130   Due to operating system damage,
it is necessary to recover files and
totally reload the system.    (+ tax)
