Swift POS produces several useful lists including a list of customers, sales, and the complete inventory. Product inventory control is managed by the order list. When a product falls below the minimum set, it is added to this list for re-order and the clerk is alerted. The lists can also be exported into comma de- limited text files to be imported into other programs.

Several useful reports are generated by the program reflecting individual daily sales, total daily sales over a range of dates, and a listing of items sold per day. The year end report provides monthly totals of sales displaying the total sales less the product cost which gives a quick snapshot of earnings. The tax report reflects the amount tendered, the amount of taxes collected, and the amount of taxes due.
